I have ran GR NR Bounties and everything . My husband has gotten a total of 7 now and 2 of them he received why we ran NR offline!!! Use Kanai’s Cube to consume 50 Ramaladni’s Gift and the Weapon to make the changed stat permanent. once permanent, you can roll (Mystic) another property of the same weapon since the previous one was made permanent already.
