Very Sad to see Save A Lot go. There Meat Dept. was very good. If you needed something cut , there was a meat cutter there for you. (Walmart & Aldi's don't have one.) It was just a great store. I go into any of these stores,and for me, a single guy, I look at the receipt for a weeks groceries and see around $25!.....Compared to other National Chains and a huge local one, that receipt would read more like $45!.....I save alot at save alot; keep that name!.....plus quality foods and they occasionally have huge mark downs on items....
